3-month contract- extension possible based on performance- purely contract

Position Summary

At DTCC, our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program was started to build the capacity of our global workforce, by fostering a collaborative culture to enable the delivery of the world's most resilient, secure, and efficient post-trade infrastructure for our clients, strengthen our corporate citizenship; and invest in the workforce of the future by supporting organizations with a proven track record of advancing STEM education. The Senior Associate will support the design and manage CSR programs including employee giving and volunteerism.

Specific Responsibilities

• Organize necessary resources such as site CSR Ambassadors and other stakeholders within, Diverse Talent Management and Advancement (DTMA), HR, and Marketing & Communications to successfully execute on CSR events and fundraising goals

• Execute CSR event and fundraising communications in partnership with Marketing and Communications (articles, email messages, etc.) for broad distribution

• Prepare post event or fundraising summary and CSR impact across DTCC offices and for the company to be reviewed and posted on exchange

• Manage and administer CSR tool and programs: review and respond to inquiries around corporate donations, matching gifts, fundraising, volunteering, volunteer grant, giving campaigns and disaster relief

• Identify volunteer project options for teams by contacting organizations or local CSR Ambassadors near our DTCC office locations

• Collect data and information necessary for budget and monthly expense management

• Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Leadership Competencies

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred with master’s or equivalent experience

Specific Qualifications

• Proven success in managing complex and multi-faceted programs with the ability to drive projects through completion

• Ability to effectively plan, manage and prioritize multiple projects at a variety of stages

• Must be able to work independently and also within a team in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrate extremely strong analytical skills, as well as personal organizational skills

• Exhibit a collaborative work style within a global company
