Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate the recruitment process for exempt, non-exempt, student, and temporary staff, ensuring smooth coordination from job postings to hiring. Responsibilities include supporting resume reviews, interviews, reference checks and offer negotiations.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, guiding them through a detailed review of benefits, policies, and employment agreements while ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.
  • Contribute to HR system upgrades and improvements, participating in system testing, troubleshooting, and rollout of new features and patches within the HRMS platform.
  • Support leave administration and employee benefits communication, assisting employees in navigating leave policies, benefit options, and eligibility requirements.
  • Maintain employee records and generated reports through the HRIS platform, ensuring accurate tracking and timely data delivery for internal requests.
  • Coordinate tuition reimbursement and salary level adjustments, ensuring employees understand requirements and submission procedures for education benefits.
  • Manage the workers' compensation process, liaising between employees, providers, and insurers to ensure efficient claim resolution and policy compliance.

MUST HAVE

  • Experience in HR, Recruitment, Resume review, interviews, reference checks, offer negotiations, onboarding, HRMS Platform and HRIS Platform.
  • Proven expertise in Managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in delivering high quality results.
  • Experience working in fast paced environments.
  • Strong focus on precision and compliance.
  • Experience in onboarding processes and adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and client service.
