Job Description
About the Position:
Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Production Manager to join our team. This position involves overseeing sign assembly processes and some field service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage electronic signs assemblies, shipping and receiving goods.
- Product procurement and working with vendors to purchase parts.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Operate and drive a service truck safely to various job sites.
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of signs.
- Use hand and power tools for installation and service work.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service experience.
- Experience driving and operating a service or bucket truck required.
- Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical repair.
- Ability to use hand tools and small power tools effectively and safely.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights when needed.
MUST HAVE:
